Remote – Los Angeles, CA

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Manager with a proven track record in both luxury printing and luxury packaging to drive sales and elevate our brand’s presence in the high-end market. This is an exciting opportunity to work with elite clients in industries such as fashion, automotive, and finance, helping them create bespoke packaging and print solutions that stand out in the luxury market.

Salary Range: $80,000 - $100,000 / year DOE

Business Development Manager Responsibilities

Identify and acquire high-end luxury clients across industries like fashion, automotive, finance, and hospitality, building long-term relationships.
Lead the development and execution of sales strategies aimed at driving revenue and growth within the luxury printing and packaging space.
Educate and guide clients on innovative and custom luxury packaging and print solutions, ensuring each project is aligned with their brand’s high standards and unique requirements.
Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and initial engagement to seamless onboarding and project delivery.
Frequent travel to meet with luxury clients and collaborate with internal teams across the U.S. and Europe to execute top-tier projects.
Work closely with internal design and production teams to ensure luxury print quality and packaging craftsmanship meet client expectations.

Business Development Manager Requirements

Proven experience in the luxury printing AND luxury packaging industry, with a strong focus on acquiring high-end, prestigious clients.
Direct experience selling to luxury brands in fashion, beauty, automotive, finance, or similar high-end markets.
A strategic, hunter mindset with the ability to identify and pursue the right luxury client opportunities.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with a polished and professional approach to client interactions.
Creative problem-solving abilities to guide clients in developing innovative, high-quality packaging solutions that elevate their brand.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Zoom, and CRM tools. Previous experience working with luxury brands and their unique demands is a plus.
