The Opportunity

  • Bring expertise in Tier 0, 1, 2 and 3 support models, and laying the groundwork to implement them by continuing to build onstandard work structure and ensuring consistent service delivery.
  • Develop and deploy the HR Shared Services strategy in partnership with HR Directors, HR Business Partners, Hand key stakeholders.
  • Support HR policy alignment and process standardization, working across HR functions and integrating new businesses into the Share Service platform.
  • Consult with key stakeholders and HR Centers of Excellence to understand business needs, drive the implementation of key programs and policies, and improve HR processes.
  • Oversee and manage a team supporting the site activation process, enhancing the service model, and driving greater alignment with cross-functional departments. Establish protocols for tiered escalation and response mechanisms to efficiently resolve employee issues and service requests.
  • Develop clear service level standards to define expectations, drive accountability, and enhance service value.
  • Manage and support the Leaves Administrative team, continuously enhancing services, procedures, and processes to better support our Vitans during the moments that matter.
  • Manage and strengthen the client relationship with our external global consulting recruitment team, establishing clear HR policies, procedures, compensation structures, performance management, and training for our AVPL hires and managers. Maintain and oversee system configuration, end-user documentation, and functional training guides for the People Operations ServiceNow team members across Enterprise Business Operations.
  • Oversee the development and implementation of new or existing changes to support HR case management system including systems testing and People Operations policies.
  • Collaborate with IT Product Manager (ServiceNow) and System Administrators to address business needs and provide requirements and ensure effective build. Partner with cross functional system key stakeholders to ensure data integration and self -service access.
  • Strategically partner with Enterprise Business Operations leaders to develop and maintain the Knowledge Base content and ensure ongoing updates. Work with Content Owners/Authors to identify opportunities, manage updates, and follow appropriate approval cadence.
  • Promote standardized content governance process across all pillars.
  • Oversee the Leaves Administration Software - Workforce Solutions (WFS) system and vendor relationship for Leave Administration.
  • Enable self service capabilities for employees and partners to access individual employment/partner information through available systems
  • Manage a team by providing information, guidance, and direction to ensure Shared Service and Leave Administration teams are in alignment with department and organization goals.
  • Supervise, train, develop, and provide performance feedback/evaluation to all personnel assigned to HR Shared Services and Leaves Administration.
  • Recommend staff recruitment, selection, promotion, advancement, corrective action, and termination as needed
  • Develop teams into a well-organized and high performing unit by providing ongoing coaching and development in a metrics-driven environment.
  • Perform quality assurance audits on incidents and HCM transactions to ensure positive user-experience.
  • Manage day-to-day HR transactional services and ensure high-quality and efficient service delivery.
  • Lead teams to provide a unified, scalable solution for users delivering a simple, personalized service experience.
  • Foster a positive working environment training and developing the team to enhance their understanding of broad HR principles, policies, procedures, and support systems with a high level of customer service focus.
  • Develop Service Delivery operations financial strategies by estimating, forecasting, and anticipating requirements, trends, and variances; aligning monetary resources; developing action plans; and measuring/ analyzing results.

Required Experience And Competencies

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field of study required.
  • 10+ years of HR experience and progressive growth trajectory in large organizations required.
  • Five (5) years of Human Resources Management experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience that demonstrates attainment of the required competencies required.
  • Strong expertise in HR Operations, HR technology, leave administration, compliance, and service delivery models required.
  • Experience managing leaves administration programs (FMLA, ADA, state laws) and state laws required.
  • Experience with HRIS platforms (Oracle, ServiceNow, ADP) and process automation required.
  • Proven ability to lead large-scale HR transformations and process improvement initiatives required.
  • Demonstrated experience in strategic execution required.
  • Experience building operational excellence from manual, fragmented team structures and processes to scalable, streamlined, lean team structure and technical implementation solutions required.
  • Knowledge of payroll, benefits, employment law, and compliance best practices preferred.
  • Expertise in change management, process improvement, project management, and organizational design preferred.
  • SHRM/HRCI Certification preferred.
  • Knowledge of Vituity's policies, procedures, and programs.
  • Working knowledge of HR functions and best practices, federal, state, and local regulatory requirements.
  • Strong customer-service orientation.
  • High level of integrity and confidentiality.

We are excited to share the base salary range for this position is $153,358 - $199,388, exclusive of fringe benefits or potential bonuses. This position is also eligible to participate in our annual corporate Success Sharing bonus program, which is based on the company's annual performance. If you are hired at Vituity, your final base salary compensation will be determined based on factors such as skills, education, and/or experience.
