In this role, you’ll turn complex customer needs into simple, efficient workflows that solve real-world challenges ISPs face daily, by leading the development of automated, intuitive billing and operational software for Fiber and Wireless ISPs around the world. You'll engage directly with customers, gather insights, and guide the agile development process to enhance customer experience, drive operational efficiency, and profitability — all while exploring ways to integrate AI and cutting-edge tech into product features.

• Lead client interviews to gather insights on ISP billing and operational workflows

• Identify inefficiencies and design intuitive, automated processes

• Aggregate and prioritize user stories and feature requests from Jira backlog

• Create development-ready user stories with detailed acceptance criteria

• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure deliverables align with user needs

• Identify opportunities for AI-driven enhancements to improve processes

• Conduct acceptance testing to maintain quality and functionality

• Maintain a forward-looking product roadmap that drives value and efficiency

• Work with support teams to review product feedback and refine the backlog

• Support continuous product improvement through client feedback and peer review

[Remote] ISP Software Product Owner (ISP experience required) Qualifications

• 5+ years of product owner or product manager experience required

• 4+ years of experience with ISP billing or operational software required

• Experience designing workflows and software UI/UX required

• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) required

• Experience with product management tools like Jira or similar required

• Fluent in English with excellent conversational communication skills
