As a senior business systems consultant, you’ll lead and assist with system application process improvements and enhancements. In this role, you’ll coordinate the integration and migration of corporate financial systems and supporting systems and processes in the Internal Reporting space (Workday Finance). You'll work with both our Corporate Finance business and IT partners in support of our ever-expanding corporate systems portfolio. Additionally, you’ll act as a liaison between the company, IT, and vendors to ensure our systems are providing the services and technology needed.

This is a remote position.

Must-have Qualifications

High School Diploma/GED equivalent or higher and a minimum of ten years experience in back-end business systems (e.g. systems enhancements, testing and analyzing systems, requirements gathering, etc.)
{OR} Bachelor's degree or higher and a minimum of seven years experience in back-end business systems (e.g. systems enhancements, testing and analyzing systems, requirements gathering, etc.)

Preferred Skills

General Ledger and/or Record to Report experience
Workday Finance system knowledge
Experience implementing or supporting Financial or Revenue Management systems
Strong ability to digest detailed information and apply critical thinking skills to business requirements, specifically in the Finance and Accounting areas
Proficient in generating options and facilitating decisions across business and IT partners, while outlining business processes and system solutions

Compensation

$95,800 - $127,700/year
Gainshare annual cash incentive payment up to 30% of your eligible earnings based on company performance
