As an IT systems analyst senior or lead on the Strategic Planning and Architecture (SPA) team within the Commercial Lines Technology Group (CLTG), you'll serve as the liaison between SPA, our business contacts, and other CLTG groups. In this role, you'll partner with other analysts to establish our team and architecture portfolio processes, and to define SPA involvement in architecturally significant business and CLTG initiatives. Within that partnership, you'll also collaborate to guide work assignments, set priorities, and handle backlog management for our team, pre-ideation, and ideation projects. Additionally, you'll assist with modeling efforts and feasibility, particularly around IT architecture.

This is a remote position for US based work only.

Must-have Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree or higher in an Information Technology, or related discipline (e.g., Computer Science, Management Information Systems (MIS), Math, Information Systems) and a minimum of four years of related work experience designing, developing, programming and/or supporting IT Systems and applications.
In lieu of a Bachelor's degree, a minimum of six years of related work experience designing, developing, programming and/or supporting IT Systems and applications may be accepted.

Preferred Skills

IT Commercial Lines and/or Commercial Lines product insurance knowledge
Experience partnering with stakeholders to establish and build processes along with process documentation experience
Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills, including the ability to investigate, assess, and recommend solutions to moderately complex situations.
Experience with Azure DevOps (ADO) and experience presenting and facilitating conversations with senior IT and business partners
Ability to balance multiple work items simultaneously; confident in driving both the IT and business agendas

Compensation

$100,000 - $127,000 depending on position level and experience
Gainshare annual cash incentive payment up to 30% of your eligible earnings based on company performance
