Description
Overview: The Market Data Services Associate is responsible for managing the full lifecycle transactions of the Market Data Service utility including daily operations of various data systems and associated business processes across Sourcing, Legal, BSRM, 3rd party Risk and AP.
Job Duties
- The associate will be responsible for the MDS workflows and business rules in the core systems including analysis, and data-driven process improvements across the Market Data Services utility.
- Works with process partners to mitigate risks and realize improvement opportunities.
- Manages requests and addresses issues in a timely manner and performs daily problem solving across the workflow.
- Collaborates with multiple teams and stakeholders to support appropriate policies and ensure procedures are followed and used consistently throughout the acquisition through settlement (payments) process.
- Supports the deployment of best practices related to asset tracking and usage (credentials, access points, license keys, data inventories etc.)
- Helps in the coordination and responding to market data provider audits.
- Must be meticulous and able to manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to effectively communicate requirements and perspective/analysis to internal stakeholders and counterparties.
- Experience with ERP tools, workflow management platforms, Procurement applications like ServiceNow, Atlassian, Jira, Coupa, a plus
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 4 or more years of experience in transactions management, POS, market data, procurement to pay, or equivalent transactional environment
