Responsibilities
  • Deliver excellent customer support through phone, email, and chat communications in Dutch.
  • Assist customers with inquiries related to online learning tools and educational resources.

  • Guide users in navigating the online learning platform and troubleshooting any technical concerns.
  • Keep accurate records of customer interactions and issues within the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve service quality and client satisfaction.
  • Stay current with educational technology trends and product updates to assist clients effectively.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Dutch (both spoken and written) is essential.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Previous experience in customer service, particularly in the EdTech sector, is a plus.
