Job description

Our client is a leading Australian IT and Managed Services Provider (MSP), offering cutting-edge technology solutions to businesses. They specialise in cloud computing, cybersecurity, and IT support, ensuring seamless operations for their clients.

As they continue to grow, they are looking for a Sales Administration & Order Processing Specialist to join their remote team and support their sales and service delivery processes.

Job Responsibilities:

Sales Support & Coordination

  • Assist in preparing proposals, quotes, and contracts for IT and Managed Services.
  • Maintain accurate client records and sales data in the CRM system.
  • Support account management teams with quotes, follow-ups, and issue resolution.
  • Identify opportunities to improve sales support processes.

Order Processing & Service Coordination

  • Manage sales and purchase orders, ensuring timely processing.
  • Collaborate with the Service Delivery team to coordinate IT service implementation.
  • Monitor sales requests, escalate issues when necessary, and ensure a smooth sales process.
  • Liaise with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and service delivery.

Administrative & CRM Management

  • Update and maintain data in CRM systems and sales tracking tools.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures when processing orders.
  • Work closely with suppliers and vendors via email and Microsoft Teams (no direct client calls).

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in sales support, administration, or order processing, preferably in IT or MSP.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, OneNote, Teams).
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tracking tools.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to follow strict sales processes consistently.
  • Preferred: Experience with ConnectWise Manage PSA & Kaseya Quote Manager.
