Job description

Quanticate is a leading biometrics-focused CRO, driving innovation in drug development through statistical and clinical expertise. To support our continued growth, we are hiring an Inside Sales Executive to accelerate revenue generation and expand market presence.

Key Duties of Role:

  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships, converting leads into long-term partnerships.
  • Generate new business opportunities through strategic prospecting and market engagement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Contracts & Proposals, Senior Operational Departments) to ensure seamless sales integration.
  • Maintain accurate client data in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) to track progress and inform strategic decision-making.
  • Represent our services professionally in client meetings, proposals, and bid presentations.

Requirements

  • Degree level is preferred although the ability to demonstrate proficient and relevant experience takes precedent.
  • Minimum 2 years sales experience within the pharma/biotech/CRO industry.
  • Proven track record in meeting or exceeding sales targets. 
  • Strong understanding of sales processes, including the capability to identify, develop, and manage sales leads while professionally presenting services.
  • High proficiency in PC and IT skills, including Microsoft Office and Sales Tools/CRM systems and SalesForce.
  • Robust organisational, negotiation, and analytical abilities.
  • Self-confidence and the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
