We are currently seeking a Visual Designer to join the team. This position involves working with established brand guidelines, developing high-quality design assets, and providing creative support for various marketing and communication efforts.

Position Title: Junior+ to Mid-Level Visual Designer

Location: Remote - Colombia

What you will be doing:

As a Visual Designer, you will be responsible for supporting design initiatives, with a focus on creating visually compelling and brand-aligned designs. Your primary duties include developing PowerPoint presentations, templates, and light creative assets to support both client-facing and internal needs. You will work closely with other designers to ensure high-quality deliverables, contributing to the visual identity of Slalom’s marketing materials. Your responsibilities will include:

PowerPoint and Presentation Design: Building polished, on-brand decks for both client and internal use.
Template Development: Creating reusable templates for documents, reports, and marketing materials.
Light Creative Support: Design execution for low-complexity assets such as internal/external communications graphics, email banners, printable assets, etc.
Support the creation of design materials for internal communication, branding, and marketing purposes.
Uphold brand standards across all designs, ensuring consistency and adherence to established guidelines.
Collaborate with the team to develop and refine design concepts, taking projects from initial ideas to finished designs.

Requirements & Qualifications

To excel in this role, you should possess:

1-3 years of experience in graphic design or a related field.
Proficiency with PowerPoint for presentation and template design.
Strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop and InDesign.
Familiarity with Canva (preferred).
Experience with Figma (nice to have).
Strong creative, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Attention to detail with an ability to manage multiple design projects at once.
Understanding of typography and UI design basics (nice to have).
