Job Description:
Hands-on experience in SAP MRO (PM/MM) with a strong understanding of maintenance and repair processes.
Strong functional knowledge of SAP PM (Plant Maintenance), MM (Materials Management), and integration with other SAP modules like FI (Financial Accounting), CO (Controlling), and SD (Sales and Distribution).
Solid understanding of MRO business processes including asset management, equipment maintenance, inventory management, procurement, and work order management.
Experience with SAP S/4HANA implementation or migration.
Familiarity with SAP Fiori apps and user interfaces for MRO-related processes.
Knowledge of SAP configurations, including setting up maintenance plans, work orders, notifications, spare parts management, and integration with other SAP systems.
Proven experience in at least one full lifecycle SAP implementation or significant enhancement project, preferably in MRO-related environments.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact with both technical and business stakeholders.
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills to resolve complex functional issues in SAP MRO.
SAP certifications in SAP PM/MM modules are highly preferred.
