We are seeking a Listing Health Specialist to ensure the accuracy and optimization of product listings across our marketplaces, including Target and Amazon. The primary goal of this role is to improve listing accuracy, reduce errors, and enhance sales performance. This role will not only focus on fixing errors but also contribute to optimizing product titles, descriptions, and images to improve visibility and conversion rates.
How you will achieve success:
Manage and maintain product listings across Amazon and Target, ensuring they meet platform requirements.
Identify and resolve listing errors, including pricing, attributes, and compliance-related issues. Create and escalate cases for unresolved listing issues.
Optimize listings by improving product titles, descriptions, and images for better visibility.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure product content accuracy and compliance.
Monitor marketplace updates and ensure timely adjustments to maintain listing health.
What experiences will help you in this role:
Open to training; prior experience in e-commerce or listing management is a plus.
Basic proficiency in Excel for tracking and analyzing listing data.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central and Target Plus (preferred but not required).
This is a remote position and requires candidates to have an available work-from-home setup
Desktop/Laptop system requirements:
- 4th generation or higher, at least Intel i3 or equivalent processor;
- at least 4GB RAM;
- Windows 10 and above or MAC OSX operating system
- You are required to provide your own dual monitors
