Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement quality control processes and testing methodologies for software applications and IT services.
Design, execute, and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on project requirements.
Conduct functional, regression, performance, and usability testing to identify issues and ensure quality deliverables.
Collaborate with developers, project managers, and stakeholders to understand project requirements and provide feedback on quality improvements.
Analyze test results, document defects, and track issues through resolution.
Assist in the development and maintenance of automated testing scripts and frameworks.
Monitor and report on quality metrics to ensure compliance with internal and external standards.
Stay current with industry trends and best practices in quality assurance and testing methodologies.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Proven experience in software quality assurance, testing, or a similar role.
Strong knowledge of testing tools and methodologies (e.g., Selenium, JIRA, TestRail).
Familiarity with software development life cycles (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
