Power Automate & Power Apps Developer. 


The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in SharePoint Online, Power Platform, and Microsoft Copilot, with a strong understanding of how to leverage these tools to create efficient, scalable, and user-friendly solutions. As a SharePoint/Power Platform Administrator, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our SharePoint/Power Platform Apps, ensuring they meet our business needs and industry standards.
 


Responsibilities
 

  • Design and Implementation: Architect, design, and implement SharePoint-based solutions that align with business requirements and enhance productivity and collaboration.
  • SharePoint Online Management: Manage and maintain SharePoint Online environments, ensuring optimal performance, security, and user experience.
  • Ensure seamless integration between SharePoint, OneDrive, and Teams to enhance collaboration, file sharing, and communication across the organization.
  • Power Platform Integration: Utilize Power Platform tools such as Power Apps, Power Automate, to extend SharePoint capabilities and create custom applications and workflows.
  • Microsoft Copilot Utilization: Leverage Microsoft Copilot to provide AI-driven insights and automation to enhance M365 solutions.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, provide technical guidance, and deliver solutions that meet their needs.
  • Define and enforce best practices and standards for SharePoint architecture, development, and administration. Manage SharePoint/Teams governance.
  • Training and Support: Provide training and support to end-users and IT staff to ensure effective use of SharePoint solutions.
  • Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for SharePoint systems, including architecture diagrams, configuration guides, and user manuals.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest SharePoint, Power Platform, and Copilot features and trends, and recommend improvements to existing systems and processes.
 

Required Qualifications 
 

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 7-10 years of experience including 7 years of experience as a SharePoint Architect or in a similar role, with a focus on SharePoint Online, Power Platform, MS Teams and Copilot preferred
  • Technical Skills:
    • In-depth knowledge of SharePoint Online architecture, administration, and development.
    • Proficiency in Power Platform tools, including Power Apps, Power Automate.
    • Experience with Microsoft Copilot and its integration with M365.
    • Strong understanding of Office 365 ecosystem and related technologies.
    • Familiarity with SharePoint Framework (SPFx) and modern SharePoint development practices.
    • Knowledge of cloud computing principles, PowerBI and Microsoft Azure.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.


Preferred Qualifications
 
Certifications: Relevant Microsoft certifications, such as Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Solution Architect Expert and Microsoft Certified: SharePoint Developer or Administrator
