What’s in Store 

We're on the lookout for a Contractor Services Specialist. As a Contractor Services Specialist you will provide essential onboarding support to the hiring teams in the field, ensuring smooth onboarding for Independent Contractors (ICs). This will include tasks such as collaborating with the regional operations team, sending contracts and background check authorizations, setting up ICs in systems, and sending out welcome letters, as well as handling other assigned duties.

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Collaborate with the regional operations team to maintain open communication throughout the onboarding process
  • Send onboarding contracts and background check authorizations to new hires
  • Update and maintain the Onboarding Tracker to ensure timely progress
  • Set up Independent Contractors (ICs) in the company's systems
  • Send out Wingspan invitations to ICs for banking/direct deposit information 
  • Distribute welcome letters to new hires
  • Prepare and submit weekly reports to the Director of Operations Support
  • Perform any other assigned tasks or projects as required

This role is a full-time, remote position. 

Your Expertise, Skills, and Abilities

  • High School Diploma  
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)  
  • Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems highly desired 
  • Previous Insurance Loss Control experience a plus 
  • Proactive, independent, results driven, and takes initiative with consistent follow through
  • Superb communication skills, verbal and written, conducted in a timely manner
  • Superior time management skills with capability of working with and meeting deadlines
  • Possess the ability to thrive in a faced-paced, dynamic work environment
  • Excellent team player with interpersonal skills
  • High level attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Capable of working collaboratively and independently with minimal supervision
