Job description

This is a remote position.


Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 1 PM (Lodi, WI time); however, it can be flexible.

Number of working hours per week: 20 hours.

Responsibilities
  • Manage a bustling inbox, responding promptly to event inquiries and coordinating bookings
  • Handle the end-to-end contract process, from submission to follow-up, ensuring all performances are properly documented
  • Oversee the financial aspects of bookings, including tracking and ensuring timely client payments
  • Maintain meticulous records and organize all business-related paperwork with attention to detail
  • Conduct proactive research to uncover exciting new performance opportunities, such as parades and special events
  • Collaborate closely with the artist on sales strategies and client relationship management
  • Manage the artist’s schedule, balancing performance bookings with preparation time and travel
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, handling communications professionally and enthusiastically
