Schedule:

• Mondays to Fridays

 9:00 am to 5:00 pm Eastern Time with a 30-minute paid break / 10:00pm - 6:00am Manila Time

Job Responsibilities:

The Invoicing Coordinator will play a crucial role in our administrative operations, focusing on efficiently processing calls, faxes, emails, and invoicing. This position requires a strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work independently in a virtual environment.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Process and reconcile payments for counseling and assessment services.
  • Generate and issue invoices to clients, insurance providers, and third-party payers.
  • Monitor outstanding balances and follow up on overdue accounts.
  • Ensure accurate and timely data entry within the clinic’s EMR system.
  • Address client inquiries regarding billing, payments, and insurance claims.
  • Collaborate with the finance team to support month-end reconciliation.
  • Maintain compliance with clinic policies and healthcare billing regulations.

Requirements

CANDIDATES ARE EXPECTED TO COMPLETE THE CLIENT'S ASSESSMENT

  • Experience with billing reconciliation in a healthcare setting is strongly preferred.
  • Proficiency in using Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial transactions.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication skills to interact with clients and internal teams.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating with a team.
  • Experience with insurance billing and claims processing is an asset.
  • As this is work from home, you need your own computer and internet to support calls and video call/meetings.
