  • Emphasizing the importance of data-hygiene by promoting use of CRM (Salesforce) in forecast accuracy, tracking and reporting leads, pipeline, deal structure, and wins.

  • Using data to guide your management of the sales including territory and account planning, evaluation of key performance metrics, accurate summaries and analysis of activity, results and forecasts.

  • Providing regular, data-based updates to the leadership team and executive partners regarding progress against quota attainment, team performance, and any challenges or roadblocks.

  • Fostering continuous improvement; ensure that all sales activities (sales calls, pipeline development, account planning, customer account reviews, close cycles, etc.) are effective and scalable.

  • Approximately 25% travel rate.

What you will bring to the role:

  • Extensive sales and territory management experience

  • Software and Information as a Service sales experience and agriculture domain knowledge is a plus.

  • Self-starter with proven track record of delivering sales results.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple concurrent projects.
