We are hiring a Product Manager to join our Product team. 

Reporting to: Director of Product

Location: Ridgefield Park, NJ (Hybrid)

Responsibilities:

  • Meet customers and technology partners on frequent basis to promote AlgoSec solutions and to collect insights for future roadmap.
  • Clearly articulate the product strategy and roadmap.
  • Deliver suggested prioritized features and corresponding justification.
  • Work closely with other product managers to translate insights to business value for customers and shape roadmap based on that.
  • Work closely with business development team to promote AlgoSec position with technology partners and generate new business opportunities with new partners.
  • Being Evangelist with technology partners to promote AlgoSec solutions.
  • Work with customers, channels, and technology partners as well as internal stakeholders to understand market needs and product requirements.
  • Develop and maintain sales tools, technical documentation, and support marketing collateral.
  • Lead business view of the product and of the market.
  • Track competitive landscape.
  • Act as product domain expert.
  • Train the sales force on roadmap and new product offerings.
  • Participate in customer facing activities and events, be sales enablement with customers and technology partners.

Requirements

Requirements:

  • Must have a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management Information Systems or a related field plus 5 years of experience in the position offered or in any occupation that includes the required experience and skills.
  • 5 years of experience as a Product Manager for a B2B Enterprise selling software products including strategy, planning, prioritization, building, implementation and gathering feedback
  • 5 years of experience effectively working with cross-functional business development, sales and R&D teams across various locations for multiple products utilizing Git and Jira to manage projects in an Agile environment
  • 5 years of experience with security/networking and cloud security domains including AWS, Azure and GCP, including knowledge with relevant security frameworks and compliance standards including PCI, and SOC
  • 5 years of experience with developing B2B and SaaS products, including understanding of B2B customer needs, Data-driven decision making, and familiarity with core B2B Saas functionalities
  • 5 years of experience with developing a long-term product vision aligned with company's overall strategy and market opportunities.
  • 25% domestic travel required
  • This is a hybrid position. You must work within normal commuting distance of corporate HQ in Ridgefield Park, NJ. 

A reasonable estimate of the OTE for this role, at the time of posting, is $160,000 - $215,000. Exact compensation may vary based on skill set, experience, location, training, and certifications. If your requirements fall outside of this range, you are still encouraged to apply.
