ABOUT THIS ROLE:

We are currently seeking a Billing Specialist to carry out various tasks related to the company’s order-to-cash processes.

Main Responsibilities:

• Send invoices and statements to customers
• Manage questions from clients related to their products and invoices
• Maintain client product information to ensure that billing data is current and accurate
• Assist with monthly billing files and creation of invoices
• Create and verify manual invoices throughout the month
• Manage large volumes of data
• Manage company credit cards
• Manage Employee expenses
• Process Bank Deposits

ABOUT YOU:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance
• Rigor and methodology
• Advanced knowledge and experience using Excel including managing large data sets (formulas, pivot tables, lookups…)
• Strong analytical skills with a demonstrated ability toward problem solving
• Excellent time management, organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Autonomous
• Good team player
• Knowledge of Sage 50, Quickbooks or other accounting software
• Bilingual (French and English)
• Highly computer literate

Preferred: 

• Knowledge of the automotive industry
