Brown & Brown is seeking a Producer Talent Acquisition Professional to join our growing team! 

 

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Insurance Producer Talent Acquisition Professional to join our enterprise talent acquisition team. This role will be responsible for identifying, nurturing, attracting, and recruiting top-tier insurance producers and sales leadership roles to support the company's growth and business objectives. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the insurance industry and a proven track record in full-cycle recruiting, from sourcing candidates to onboarding new hires. 

Key responsibilities include sourcing and building relationships with potential prospects, evaluating candidate skills and experience, conducting interviews, and ensuring a seamless recruitment process. This role also involves working closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and organizational culture to ensure the best match between candidates and the company. 

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong networking abilities, and a deep knowledge of the insurance industry. This position offers a unique opportunity to play a critical role in shaping the future of our organization by bringing in top insurance talent to drive business success. 

 

How You Will Contribute: 

 

  • Strategic Sourcing & Talent Delivery: Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract and place top-tier insurance producers, sales leaders and impact roles across the United States. 

  • Talent Pipelines: Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates through networking, industry events, and digital recruitment tools. 

  • Relationship Management: Ability to build strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers and talent communities. 

  • Talent Quality: Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates to match the right talent with the company's needs. 

  • The Power of WE: Collaborate with talent acquisition teammates, hiring leaders and regional leaders to define job requirements and desired candidate profiles. 

  • Industry Knowledge & Affiliations: Keep current with industry trends, market compensation, and talent acquisition best practicesLeverage industry affiliations, partnerships and associations to build brand awareness and talent pipelines. 

  • Talent Retention: Assist in onboarding and acclimating new teammates and ensure smooth transitions into the company and long-term retention. 

  • Core Talent Acquisition: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a positive candidate experience and timely hiring decisions. 

 

Skills & Experience to Be Successful: 
 

  • Proven experience in talent acquisition or recruiting within the insurance industry. 

  • Strong understanding of insurance producer roles and the skills required for success. 

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and networking skills. 

  • Leverage strong organizational skills to efficiently manage multiple demands simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of results without compromising quality. 

  • Familiarity with recruiting software and applications such as LinkedIn, LinkedIn Recruiter, Dynamics ATS, and other talent acquisition tools. 

 

Pay Range

$80,000 - $100,000 Annual

The pay range provided above is made in good faith and based on our lowest and highest annual salary or hourly rate paid for the role and takes into account years of experience required, geography, and/or budget for the role.
