We are seeking a Senior Executive Recruiter to join our team. This role is responsible for candidate research and sourcing, developing a pipeline of qualified candidates, and facilitating clear and effective communication between candidates and the search team. The SER will play a key role in executing search strategies, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring a seamless hiring process.

Key Responsibilities:

Candidate Research & Sourcing

  • Develop and execute search plans and research strategies for assigned searches.
  • Utilize internal (database) and external (Internet, professional associations, directories) resources to identify top candidates.
  • Maintain and update candidate call lists and ensure timely follow-ups.
  • Provide regular updates to the search team on research progress and candidate identification.
  • Ensure all candidate information is accurately documented in the company database.

Candidate Development

  • Engage prospective candidates and convert them into active applicants.
  • Conduct initial screening and evaluate candidates based on established criteria.
  • Ensure candidate resumes meet company standards for content and formatting.
  • Coordinate and facilitate candidate interviews, identifying any concerns regarding credentials or work history.
  • Conduct formal and informal reference checks as needed.
  • Keep candidates informed and engaged throughout the hiring process.

Client & Search Management

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all candidate and client interactions.
  • Assist in scheduling client interviews and managing interview logistics.
  • Support candidate follow-up post-placement to ensure successful transitions.
  • Participate in client meetings, conduct stakeholder interviews, and deliver professional presentations.
  • Progress towards managing full-cycle searches under the guidance of a VP.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Minimum of five years’ experience in retained search or healthcare recruitment.
  • Proficiency in using the Internet, databases, and social media for candidate research and identification.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Excellent writing, proofreading, and editing skills with the ability to prepare client-ready documents.
  • Strong verbal communication and listening skills.
  • A disciplined self-starter capable of working effectively in a virtual environment.
  • Ability to take direction from multiple individuals within a matrix organization.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and high accuracy in all work performed.
  • Ability to accept constructive feedback and continuously improve.
