Senior Product Manager

Madrid, Spain

Home-based/Remote

The Senior Product Manager is responsible for the oversight and delivery of Clinical Outcome Assessment Accelerator (COAA) technical products.  The Product Manager will collaborate with various stakeholders to support the product’s strategy, objectives, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with business goals. This position will also document the business requirements and work with the software development team throughout the development cycles.

Responsibilities

  • Serves as the Product Manager for the IQVIA COA Accelerator (COAA) Technology solutions and related products. 
  • Understands detailed roadmap requirements and converts them into business requirements, including data flow diagrams, use cases/stories and acceptance criteria.
  • Schedules and runs recurring meetings to manage each sprint, plans project timelines, manages resources, identifies risk, and communicates progress throughout the project.  
  • Ability to understand, track, drill-down, and question activities and issues in all functional areas and make sound business decisions based upon that data.
  • Works with the Strategy Team to convert their vision for the product into a formal product roadmap that outlines scope, milestones, and budget over time. 
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand the systems, data and business needs required for a decision support tool in the patient experience and clinical outcomes assessment (COA) space.

Requirements

  • Good listener that can quickly grasp design concepts and requirements.
  • Ability to quickly learn key characteristics of the COA business.
  • Strong English skills and ability to effectively document requirements in defined formats.
  • Strong communicator that efficiently conveys messaging between different team stakeholders
  • Solid organization and project management skills to work to tight timelines and keep the team on schedule.
  • Strong analytical skills to identify gaps, evaluate solutions, and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
  • Skilled in developing data flow diagrams, process maps, and use cases to drive automation opportunities.
  • Flexible, easy going, and able to quickly adapt to changing demands.
  • Expertise in facilitating Agile ceremonies.
  • Ideally requires prior experience with Jira and Confluence.
