Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Lead Java Developer with expertise in Spring Boot and microservices architecture to lead a team of developers in building scalable, high-performance applications. The ideal candidate will provide technical leadership, guide development best practices, and contribute to the overall architecture of enterprise applications. This role requires strong problem-solving abilities, leadership skills, and hands-on coding experience.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead the design and development of scalable, high-performance applications using Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices.
Define and enforce best coding practices, design patterns, and development methodologies.
Drive microservices architecture, ensuring modularity, efficiency, and maintainability.
Oversee API design, security standards, and integration with third-party systems.
Optimize application performance, scalability, and fault tolerance.
Design, develop, and maintain RESTful APIs and backend services.
Implement Spring Security, OAuth2, and JWT authentication for secure applications.
Manage database interactions using Spring Data JPA, Hibernate, and SQL/NoSQL databases.
Ensure proper testing through unit tests, integration tests, and code reviews.
Work with Docker and Kubernetes for containerized deployments.
Implement CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins/GitHub Actions.
Lead and mentor a team of Java developers, providing guidance on technical challenges.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including frontend developers, DevOps, and QA.
Conduct code reviews, pair programming, and technical training sessions.
Drive Agile development practices, including Scrum, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
Identify, diagnose, and resolve complex performance bottlenecks and production issues.
Improve system reliability and enhance application logging, monitoring, and debugging.
Implement scalability strategies, caching mechanisms, and load balancing techniques.
