Summary:
You will join our data processing team, where you will spend time training on our systems and building skills to succeed in a high performing work environment. You will be responsible for processing quotation documents and policies and to contribute to a quality-based team serving our customers.

Job Details:
Data Processing Associate
Eastwood Libis, QC (Work from home until further notice)
Monday to Friday | 9:30 PM to 6:30 AM

Responsibilities:
• Review Quotation Documents
• Get pertinent information from documents and transfer it to a proposal template
• Review proposal document to ensure everything is accurate
• Track proposals created
• Coordinate with onshore counterparts as needed
• Check all renewal policies to ensure they got paid.
• Check each individual insurance carrier’s website.
• Pull-up each polices and make sure there is no balance due.
• Escalate the unpaid policies back with onshore counterparts.
• Other ad-hoc tasks

Qualifications:
• Experienced in a similar role
• Good Communication Skills
• Computer proficiency to include Microsoft Suite
• Data entry experience preferred
• Prior office experience preferred
