As a Workday Consultant, you will be responsible for:

• Designing, developing, and implementing Workday integrations using Workday Studio and Workday Integration tools.
• Configuring and managing Workday HCM modules to ensure compliance and efficiency.
• Developing and maintaining Workday Prism Analytics dashboards and reporting solutions.
• Leveraging Workday Extend to build custom applications and enhance Workday functionality.
• Troubleshooting and resolving system issues to ensure smooth Workday operations.
• Collaborating with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into Workday solutions.
• Performing system testing, validation, and upgrades in Workday.
• Providing technical support and training to end users.

As a Workday Consultant, you need to have:

• At least 2 years experience of Workday implementation or support
• Hands-on experience with Workday Studio development
• Expertise in Web Services (REST, SOAP), XML, XSLT, JSON, and XPath
• Solid knowledge of Workday HCM modules and business processes
• Ability to build, maintain, and troubleshoot applications using Workday Extend.

Nice to have:

• Any Workday related certification

Working Hours: 8 PM to 4 AM Philippine Time
