Job Purpose:
 

This position leads the lifecycle of experience data capabilities across the enterprise. Interprets, understands, and solves business problems through an experience data lens. Develops, designs, and refines data capabilities that support multiple users across the enterprise. Leads strategy and execution of data capability, ensuring Ensures strong alignment with business partners and users leveraging data capabilities. Supports annual business planning, scope, and design of experience data capabilities. Oversees the strategy, development, and integration of data capabilities to ensure optimal business impact and alignment.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Uses expertise in data and technology to solve business problems.
  • Collaborates with key stakeholders on data capability strategy and roadmap.
  • Translates complex data relationships and models to business partners.
  • Partners with business stakeholders to scope and refine data capabilities.
  • Ensures experience data capability strategy, development, and integration approach are well-aligned with business objectives and goals to provide optimal business value.
  • Works with data consultants and business partners to define, scope, and prioritize large, complex data capabilities.
  •  Leads execution teams through the development, refinement, and integration of enterprise data capabilities.
  • Manages and provides current year milestones, investment, and progress of data initiatives reported to the Corporate Performance Office.
  • Develops strategy, roadmap, and execution plan, for development of enterprise data capabilities.
  • Ensures best practices and standards for data capabilities are followed.
  • Drives and influences business integration plans and accessibility of data capabilities.
  • Serves as the primary liaison to enterprise business partners during data capability development across experience data.
  • Represents the business use cases and value throughout execution.
  • Supports translation of business opportunities that can be solved, enhanced, and/or optimized through experience data capabilities Works with business leaders to assess and prioritize business needs that are supported by data capabilities.
  • Manages the rapid delivery and coordination across a distributed execution model for data initiatives.

Job Requirements:

  • Master’s degree in mathematics, statistics, finance, economics, or related field or equivalent.
  • 10+ years of working in financial services or data-related industry in a leadership capacity.
  • 8+ years of experience in data management and/or technology related work.
  • Experience with data models, tools, and master data management.
  • Working knowledge of the experience data ecosystem.
  • Basic knowledge of SQL and/or Python programming language.
  • Demonstrated ability to use business intelligence and data visualization tools.
  • Deep understanding of advanced analytical models and data management practices.
  • Ability to mentor and lead others, including cross-functional teams, without line-management authority.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently with business leaders.
  • Extensive knowledge of data domains and data ecosystem.
  • Demonstrated experience providing data-driven tools and solutions.

Compensation may vary based on the job level, your geographic work location, position incentive plan and exemption status.

 

Base Salary Range:

$131,100.00 - $196,600.00
