Job description

Project Management: Alternative Networks

Project Management responsibility for Alternative Networks is to ensure assigned project work is delivered with agreed timeline, scopes, quality and budget. Aligned to the Product team, this role will work closely with product management, business development as well as regulatory, legal and compliance stakeholders to support national product expansions and management.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage Project Management Plan (including scopes, timeline, resources, costs, risk and issues, interdependencies, assumptions etc.)
  • Create and manage project communication, change management and stakeholder engagement plans aligned to regulatory and filing workstreams
  • Partner with project and delivery PMOs and implementation managers to ensure successful product launch and execution
  • Document and track state and federal requirements for alternative network solutions and capabilities
  • Support filing workstreams and manage timelines, coordinate and manage objections, document and support implementation of responses and approvals
  • Identify and align end to end responsibilities for coordinating various work streams to achieve defined outcomes
  • Prepare deliverables and reporting as needed for leadership and governance forums
  • Works with project leadership to develop, plan, and manage priorities, initiatives, and multiyear business perspective
  • Identify and lead other key initiatives that will require complex problem solving and interaction across a highly matrixed organization

Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher strongly preferred or equivalent work experience required
  • 5+ years of strong project management experience required
  • Solid healthcare industry experience required
  • Knowledge and/or experience working in the compliance/regulatory space required
  • MS Office experience.
  • Ability to work independently in high pressured, timeline driven environment
  • Good communication, presentation and influencing skills
  • Strong analytic, problem solving, planning and implementation skills
  • Experience managing relationships with new and existing partners
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage priorities to meet project deadlines.
  • Ability to self-motivate, work in teams, and be flexible within a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven track record of success working collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.

For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 91,200 - 152,000 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.

This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
