The APM, Delivery is responsible for assisting the project management team with the planning and execution of a portfolio of medium-to-large scale PV solar projects executed concurrently of varying size and complexity. The APM, Delivery will work with several internal teams within Pine Gate Renewables including business development, project development, engineering, finance, accounting, legal, and field-level site managers. The APM, Delivery will gain an understanding of the construction process, contract requirements, client relations, the financing process, and project deliverable requirements. In addition, the  APM, Delivery works with the project management team and project controls team to monitor performance metrics, project schedules, risk profiles, and cost performance of projects in accordance with company systems and practices.

  • Assist in optimizing the workflow of the team by proactively seeing the challenges and helping the team overcome.

  • Help create and maintain a playbook for the team of processes and procedures.
  • Drive the adoption of the playbook.
  • Coordinate, schedule, attend and document project team meetings.
  • Maintain a PR, PO, Invoice log for the department.
  • Participate and support Project Managers with budget and cashflow reviews.
  • Engage with other departments to gather information.
  • Update and Organize information using multiple software suites.
  • Document Control and Auditing to ensure all project files are standardized and documented as required.
  • Manage project close out for final review by Project Manager or above.
  • Evaluate current project management standards and practices and provide recommendations for improvement.

Must-Haves

  • 5 years of experience in project coordination or management experience in a related field.
  • Solar project experience is preferred, interest in solar projects a must.
  • Desire to work in a dynamic environment alongside people with multiple interests and backgrounds.
