This is a PART-TIME position, 20 hours per week, and is 100% remote with some travel likely (15-20%)

Position will last up to, but no longer than, 52 weeks (or one year).

A DAY IN THE LIFE:

As a part-time Marketing Support Assistant, you will provide critical support to our Marketing and Events team by performing a wide range of diversified and time-sensitive administrative duties. In this remote, part-time role you will be a critical partner in executing the day-to-day business activities both within the organization as well as with external vendors and partners. In this role you’ll have the opportunity to think quickly on your feet and proactively manage and prioritize work in a busy environment. KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Marketing Administrative Support
  • Manages tracking of and processing of team expenses and ensures proper documentation and timely submission of all expenses and invoices using our expense system
  • Creates purchases orders and tracks and maintains purchases and ensures vendors are paid
  • Co-creates meeting agendas, proactively works with attendees to ensure content and presenters are prepared
  • Coordinates presentations, memos, or other correspondences; proofreads and distributes
  • Co-coordinates events ranging from small to complex in person, virtual, and hybrid events, understands meeting technology and has the technical savvy to support events
  • Proactively identifies problems and works to resolve them before they escalate
  • Co-manages vendor and physician/speaker contracts as needed for educational events and conferences
  • Manages frequent restaurant reservations, logistical planning and coordination of, to support events and conferences
  • Coordinate logistics, vendors, communications and may attend events and conferences
  • Co-manages small projects, processes, and workflows across multiple parties; can bring the pieces back together to create a finished product
  • Act as a bridge between marketing and other teams w/in CVRx as well as externally
  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement
  • Expected schedule is 20 hours per week

Requirements

Required:

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Able to commit to a regular M-F schedule, 20 hours per week, for no more than 52 weeks
  • 4 or more years’ experience in Marketing support/coordination, operations, or administrative support roles
  • Strong organizational, process, and data entry skills
  • Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to communicate in a succinct and professional manner
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Calendars, Teams Meetings, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, expense management, and various partner portals
  • High accuracy and productivity output
  • Detailed-oriented, while maintaining the ability to see the overall picture and challenge inefficiencies
  • A mix of creative and analytical thinking while remaining “customer-focused” at all times
  • Prior experience handling confidential data and information
  • Proven ability to work proactively, independently, juggle multiple priorities and complete responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
  • Proven ability to develop and maintain effective professional relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Convey a can-do, positive attitude towards tackling problems and are able to see other points of view, while aintaining a confident direction. Willing to roll up your sleeves and do what is necessary to get the job done.
  • Agile and able to juggle multiple projects, outside the immediate job description, where administrative participation is of importance to the team

Preferred:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Proactively identifies problems and works to resolve them before they escalate
  • Ability to multi-task with many interruptions while remaining efficient, prompt, and professional; flexibility in changing work priorities at a moment’s notice
  • Prior experience in marketing support roles is ideal

WORKING CONDITIONS AND REQUIRED PHYSICAL EFFORT

  • Part-time role – expected schedule is 20 hours/week for no more than 52 weeks (or one year)
  • Typical remote/home-office working conditions
  • Commit to 4 hours per day M-F
  • Some travel may be required – 15 to 20% possible

Hourly pay rate for U.S. locations (USD): 23.00 - 29.00 per hour

The base pay range is applicable across the U.S., complies with federal and local regulations and will vary based on factors such as experience, certification/education, market conditions, and specific location.

This is a part-time, temporary position intended for individuals seeking short-term, flexible work. This role is not benefits-eligible and is intended to last less than one year.

Employment terms will comply with all applicable local, state, and federal employment laws based on the location of the selected candidate.
