The Sales Operations Manager at Jacuzzi Bath Remodel will play a critical role in enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of our sales teams. This position is responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies that streamline sales training processes, improve forecasting accuracy, and support overall sales performance. 

You will work closely with sales leadership to identify areas for improvement within the sales operations function, focusing on data analysis, reporting, and operational execution. Your insights will be vital in providing the sales teams with the necessary tools and information to achieve their goals and drive revenue growth.

General Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Sales leadership to develop and execute sales strategies and goals across the nation.
  • Conduct data analysis to track sales metrics, trends, and opportunities for growth.
  • Manage the sales forecasting process and ensure accuracy through rigorous data evaluation.
  • Support training and onboarding of new sales team members through development of operational materials.
  • Collaborate with leadership to further develop our nationwide training program.
  • Participate in a monthly, two week, sales training class to onboard new Sales employees.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation outlining sales processes and sales scripts.
  • Lead initiatives aimed at improving CRM utilization and reporting.
  • Monitor data accuracy and integrity across customer records, sales activities and scheduling functions
  • Develop and Implement sales process workflows; Provide training and support to sales users ensuring effective use of CRM.
  • Collaborate with Sales and IT teams to customize Salesforce to meet business needs.
  • Manage various sales specific platforms for national sales team.
  • Identify opportunities for system improvements within the sales process.
  • Update product catalogs and pricing information to reflect current offerings and market changes within platforms.
  • Regularly report sales performance to senior leadership, providing insights and actionable recommendations.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Management Responsibilities:

  • Oversee a small team of Sales Operations Specialists.
  • Provide oversight on initial review of all sales contracts.
  • Develop and implement standard operating procedures to ensure consistency across team.
  • Monitor team performance and provide ongoing feedback, coaching and developmental opportunities.
  • Act as the escalation point of contact for complex paperwork issues.

Compensation is based on experience; $88,000+ and annual bonus potential.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field preferred
  • 5+ years of experience in sales operations, preferably within the home improvement or consumer goods industry.
  • Proven track record of improving sales processes and performance metrics.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and reporting.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales analytics tools.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to facilitate collaboration across teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience leading teams or projects is a plus.
  • Problem-solving mindset with the ability to think strategically and innovatively.
