Pre/Post Field Manager

Responsibilities:
Perform review and control activities to promote the highest standards for quality in reports of investigation (ROI) delivered to our customers.
Ensure all team members assigned cases are scoped within required timeframes.
Lead and manage a team of Case Analysts. Monitor the workload of each team member to ensure they are properly managing their cases.
Moniter suspense dates. If they have passed, reach out make sure the Reviewers are reaching out for updates.
Coordinate with the Case Assigners on identifying leads that need to be assigned. Reach out to the Assigner and ask for help. Communication is key.
Ensure team members are utilizing the All-In list to help manage their workload.
Have regular communication with the Pre/Post Field Team to ensure everyone understands the programs goals and expectations.
Solicit suggestions from team on how to improve processes and efficiencies.
Compile and submit weekly and monthly customer reports. These include, but not limited to, Invoices, overdue cases, TESI report, Waiver report, and statistical report.
Minimum Requirements:
Six (6) or more years of experience in the personnel security investigations or background investigations field and demonstrate general knowledge of background investigations policies and procedures.
Strong sense of customer service, teamwork attitude, and impeccable work ethic, including a “can-do” attitude
Deep sense of mission and commitment in support of national security
Ability to be flexible with investigator communications
Strong skills in MS Office (Excel, MS Word) and Adobe
Self-starter with the ability to work independently, and with great attention to detail
