We are looking for a Performance Test Engineer who shares our passion for innovation and change. This role is critical to helping our business partners evolve and adapt to consumers' personalized expectations in this new technological era.
What will help you succeed:

Be fluent in English.

Hands-on experience as a Performance Test Engineer (4+ years).

Proficiency in performance testing tools such as BlazeMeter or JMeter.

Experience with AWS.

Strong understanding of performance metrics and KPIs, including: Response Time, Latency, CPU Utilization, Throughput, Error Rate, Bandwidth, Memory Usage.

Define and implement performance testing strategies.

Experience in advising on the best tools and technologies for performance testing.

Skills in log investigation and analysis.

Familiarity with various tech stacks and tools in the performance testing domain.

Test and defect management tools (e.g., Xray, Jira).

Familiar with Agile practices.

Knowledge of code versioning tools and CI/CD processes.

Strong collaboration, attention to detail, and a drive to learn.
