Role Summary 

 

We are seeking a dedicated professional to join our team as an Associate Director of Patient Services Operations and Reporting. This role focuses on providing oversight for key elements of operations, including process, technology, quality, and compliance. Reporting to the Head of Patient Services, the individual will work closely with both internal and external stakeholders, including vendors, to ensure optimal performance and compliance. Key responsibilities include conducting performance evaluations, developing and maintaining robust reporting systems, and providing actionable insights to support data-driven decision-making. This unique role offers the opportunity to implement industry best practices and optimize team resources, contributing significantly to patient outcomes and the overall success of the business. 

  

  

Primary Responsibilities 

 

  • Conduct performance evaluations across all brands by identifying trends and make recommendations to adjust programs to Patient Office Leadership 

  • Provide oversight for development and maintenance of key elements of operations (e.g. process, technology, quality, compliance). Partner with internal & external stakeholders on training. 

  • Benchmark and implement industry best practices for patient services that will ensure we optimize the use of team resources  

  • Develop and maintain robust reporting systems to track and analyze patient service KPIs 

  • Analyze Patient Service data and provide actionable insights to leadership and cross-functional teams, supporting data-driven decision-making  

  • Manage all vendor relationships, including maintaining contracts, administrative records and driving vendor performance 

  • Accountable for developing, implementing, and tracking all patient experience trainings for the Patient Services team 

  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, standards, and best practices 

  • Track the department budget on a monthly basis and communicate any variance to Head of Patient Services 

 

 

Education and Required Skills 

 

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a science or business-related field required; advanced degree preferred 

  • 7+ years of experience in patient services operations, analytics, vendor management, or a related area 

  • Strong understanding of healthcare industry regulations and standards 

  • Proficiency in data analytics and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau, SAS) 

  • Proven negotiation skills with the ability to influence without authority 

  • Excellent presentation skills with the ability to present to leadership teams and represent the department in key forums 

  • Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. 

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with a variety of stakeholders. 

  • Previous experience in leading teams directly and/or indirectly through influence 

 

Travel and Location 

  • 10% estimated travel required 

  • Remote in the US

Salary Range 

 

The salary range for this role is $172,000-190,000. An employee’s pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, performance, and business or organizational needs. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may be modified in the future.
