Job Title: Supply Chain and Demand Planner
Location:
Remote (PST Time Zone)
Salary Range:
up to 3000 USD

Work Schedule:
Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (PST)

Position Overview:

The Supply Chain and Demand Planner will play a critical role in optimizing inventory levels, improving forecast accuracy, and ensuring product availability. This position requires strong analytical skills, demand planning expertise, and the ability to collaborate across supply chain, sales, and operations teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain demand forecasts using historical data, market trends, and sales insights.
  • Monitor and adjust inventory levels to minimize stockouts and excess inventory.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations teams to align supply and demand planning.
  • Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive continuous improvements.
  • Support decision-making with data-driven insights and reporting.
  • Implement and maintain best practices in demand planning processes.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in demand planning, inventory management, or supply chain analytics within companies with $100M+ in annual revenue.
  • Proficiency in Excel (advanced functions) and data analysis tools.
  • Experience with forecasting methodologies and inventory optimization techniques.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills.


Nice-to-Haves:

  • Experience with ERP or demand planning software (SAP IBP, NetSuite, Anaplan, etc.).
  • Familiarity with Tableau, Power BI, or other data visualization tools.
  • Background in e-commerce or fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) industries.
