We are seeking a Senior Commission Analyst who brings extensive experience with commission calculations and strong financial modeling skills at a SaaS company. You will play a key role in supporting our business with strategic analysis and detailed financial insights.

What To Expect in This Position
Own monthly and quarterly variable compensation processing, validation, analysis, and distribution of compensation reports, ensuring accuracy and timely communication.
Present commission data and analyses to GTM teams, sales leaders, and the executive team, ensuring clear and effective communication.
Develop and provide ongoing standard and ad-hoc reports, and analyze historical, current, and prospective commission activity.
Analyze the cost of commissions per group and ensure alignment with relevant budgets.
Address and resolve any queries from GTM teams regarding their compensation, acting as a trusted advisor.
Calculate commission accruals for month-end financial close processes.
Troubleshoot data discrepancies or exceptions, effectively communicating outcomes to GTM teams.
Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements related to commission payments, including maintaining comprehensive documentation of commission calculations, payments, and audits.
Provide insights on performance, evaluate and analyze trends, and serve as a point of contact for commission-related questions.
Assist with revenue-related aspects of the company, leveraging financial modeling skills to provide comprehensive support and insights.
What Sets You Apart
5+ years of experience in a compensation analytics role, with a preference for candidates with experience in a SaaS company.
Demonstrated experience in financial modeling, particularly within the SaaS industry.
Advanced skills in Salesforce, Excel and G-Suite.
Previous experience implementing a sales commission software is a plus
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work efficiently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while maintaining a high level of precision and attention to detail.
Rigorous Time Management: Must possess exceptional organizational skills to meet strict deadlines consistently. Responsible for ensuring all commission-related activities, from calculation to payment, are conducted within the established timelines.
