Job Description:
As a Data Completion Specialist, you will enter vehicle data precisely into our online vehicle database, completing the data displayed for upfitted vehicles. You may also facilitate and help define relationships with both dealers and vehicle body upfitters and distributors, working closely with business stakeholders and customers to ensure product and customer success.

Job Responsibilities:
●    Accurately enter data from multiple sources into an internal online website.
●    Responsible for maintaining accurate internal data of existing relationships for each dealership, body manufacturer, and distributor.
●    Work collaboratively with dealers, body distributors, and manufacturers to define the vehicle body data collection process.
●    Coordinate vehicle body data collection for new dealerships; Collect existing invoices and acquire dealer approval to reach out to distributors and manufacturers to automate future invoices.
●    Follow up with manufacturers and distributors to instigate and keep continuous how they supply vehicle body data for the dealers.
●    Apply independent judgment in creative problem-solving when unique data issues arise.
●    Collaborate with internal resources to process data accurately and efficiently
●    Responsible for vehicle data completion KPIs.  

Requirements:
●    Excellent attention to detail
●    Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision
●    Ability to spend extended time performing data entry efficiently and accurately

Preferred Qualifications:
●    Familiarity with the automotive industry or US manufacturing and supply chain
