About the Role The Associate, Virtual Partner Success Support plays a critical role in ensuring smooth implementation and ongoing engagement for SHP’s K-12 partners. This position provides day-to-day virtual support, assisting with partner inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and maintaining accurate program data. The Associate will work closely with the Partner Success, Implementation, and Business Development teams to support partners in achieving program goals. The ideal candidate for this position supports core activities and responsibilities of partnership account management. This position requires contact and coordination with internal and external operations and technology teams to implement SHP’s programs in school districts.
Location We are a U.S. based organization and most of our staff work remotely. This role will require 10% travel.
Job Responsibilities Include (but are not limited to)
Provide daily virtual support for school district partners using SHP programs and services
Assist with coordinating onboarding and implementation activities for new partners.
Maintain a knowledge base and FAQs to ensure easy access to information for partners.
Serve as a first-line support contact for troubleshooting partner issues and questions.
Monitor and respond to partner inquiries via email, chat, and ticketing systems.
Track partner engagement and concerns related to implementation, adoption, or compliance.
Collect and enter partner success metrics into CRM or tracking systems.
Maintain records of partner interactions and track key milestones in program implementation.
Coordinate with the Implementation Team to ensure smooth onboarding and training.
Support the Account Management team and assist with other cross-functional administrative tasks.
Assist with communication and implementation logistics for SHP program implementation.
Stay informed about SHP’s offerings to provide accurate support to partners.
Collaborate with teammates across the organization as needed.
Demonstrate basic data literacy and willingness to use data as needed.
Perform other duties as assigned based on organizational needs.
Desired Skills and Experience
Background in education, social work, public administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
1-3 years in customer support, partner relations, program coordination, or education-based roles.
Experience with school districts, nonprofits, or educational programs is a plus.
Strong organizational, project management, and time-management skills.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to adapt to a dynamic environment with flexibility.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Self-motivated, resourceful, and capable of working independently.
Technologically proficient, with knowledge of Salesforce and presentation platforms a plus.
Proficient in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Experience working remotely in a decentralized structure is desirable.

Benefits and Salary Range The salary range for this position is $49,000-$59,000. (SHP follows a strict internal rubric to help guide salary placement and ensure equitable pay amongst new hires and current staff. New hires should expect to be brought on at the start of the range, except in extenuating circumstances.)

Our organization operates within a distributed workforce, allowing for location flexibility across the country for most positions. We provide remote office support for all staff, which includes a laptop, home office reimbursement, monthly Wi-Fi reimbursement up to $40, and monthly cell phone reimbursement up to $50.
