What’s in Store 

We're on the lookout for an experienced Client Services Coordinator who will report to the Regional Director/Client Relations Manager. In this role, you will act as a liaison between the company, our clients, and our Field Representatives. This position is about creating a positive client experience. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Serves as main point of contact for designated clients
  • Provides timely and accurate information to client inquiries to include statuses, corrections, and general day-to-day questions
  • Communicates with clients and Field Representatives through the utilization of phone and email
  • Updates and maintains job statuses, due dates, contact information, and non-productive jobs and other administrative duties as required
  • Monitors assigned accounts for specified branched and/or specific clients
  • Works with the Regional Director regarding complaints of Davies Risk Services Field Representatives
  • Assists with complaints, errors, account questions and other queries
  • Improves and expands upon relationships between Davies Risk Services and all clients

  • Perform other duties as assigned

This role is a full-time, remote position. 

Your Expertise, Skills, and Abilities

  • 1 – 2 years in customer service or related interpersonal communications
  • Proficient in Excel and Microsoft Office products
  • Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
  • Proactive, independent, and takes initiative with consistent follow through
  • Superb communication skills, verbal and written, conducted in a timely manner
  • Superior time management skills with capability of working with and meeting deadlines
  • Exceptional capability to multi-task and prioritize with excellent organization and documentation skills in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment
  • Excellent team player with interpersonal skills
  • High level attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Capable of working collaboratively and independently with minimal supervision
  • Exhibit discretion with sensitive and confidential information
  • Display a comfort level working with key people at all levels within an organization
