Key responsabilities:

Conduct HBP title and due diligence work remotely.

Interpret and calculate wellbore working interest and net revenue interest.

Collaborate with team members and manage documentation related to JOAs.

Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and maintain accurate records.

Job description

Paramount is looking for remote, HBP title & Due Diligence landman.

Qualifications:

Must have experience with complex HBP title in Texas and or New Mexico. Additional experience in WY is preferred.

Due Diligence experience required

Familiarity with JOAs, specifically understanding the differences between leasehold and wellbore only JOAs.

Must have experience adding up wellbore working interest and more importantly wellbore net revenue interest from lease net acres and burdens in both Texas and New Mexico.

Must have experience with computers and MS365 software applications

Ability to interpret and calculate WI and NRI in leases and wells

Must be able to work 8 hours a day

This role works 100% remote
