Job Description

In this dynamic role, you’ll become an essential part of a mission-driven healthcare technology company’s marketing and sales infrastructure. You’ll be instrumental in building and maintaining the vital contact database that connects cutting-edge medical software with the healthcare professionals who need it most. Your meticulous research and data management skills will directly impact the company’s ability to reach decision-makers at hospitals nationwide, ultimately helping improve patient care through better glycemic management solutions. This position offers the perfect blend of independent work and collaborative support, allowing you to make a meaningful contribution to healthcare innovation while developing valuable skills in marketing operations and database management. As you help transform their contact strategy, you’ll gain insights into healthcare technology marketing and play a key role in the company’s growth journey.

Responsibilities
  • Spearhead the expansion of a critical contact database by researching and identifying 3-5 key decision-makers at each of the 6,000 acute care hospitals across the United States
  • Conduct targeted internet research to gather and consolidate valuable contact information from hospital websites and professional networks
  • Lead the revitalization of an existing database containing 75,000-100,000 contacts through systematic cleansing and organization
  • Enhance data quality by identifying and removing outdated or irrelevant contacts to ensure maximum marketing effectiveness
  • Elevate trade show and event performance by enriching contact lists with comprehensive details including email addresses, titles, and organizational information
  • Strategically assign qualified contacts to sales development team members to optimize outreach and meeting scheduling
  • Provide crucial support for marketing operations surrounding industry conferences and events
  • Contribute to post-event success by assisting with follow-up activities for special marketing events such as VIP receptions at conferences
  • Help transform marketing effectiveness by supporting various tactical sales and marketing initiatives


Requirements

  • Demonstrated excellence in internet research skills with the ability to efficiently find and verify contact information
  • Proven experience with data entry and database management, with a focus on accuracy and completeness
  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational abilities to maintain data integrity
  • Self-motivated work style with the ability to manage tactical tasks independently while meeting deadlines
  • Proficiency with standard office software and familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce experience is a plus)
  • College education preferred, with coursework in business, marketing, or related fields
  • Outstanding English communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to align with US Eastern time zone working hours
