What You’ll Do:
• Lead the end-to-end development of software solutions, ensuring high-quality standards are met throughout the process.
• Design, develop, and maintain applications using PHP, HTML, JavaScript, and CSS, with knowledge of Python being an advantage.
• Build, deploy, and maintain applications using Google Cloud Platform (App Engine, Cloud Run, Cloud SQL, Cloud Storage, BigQuery).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve infrastructure using Terraform.
• Manage version control, CI/CD pipelines, and code reviews using GitLab.
• Troubleshoot and debug complex issues, ensuring continuous improvement in application performance and functionality.
• Lead and manage complex projects, ensuring that service level agreements (SLAs) are met.
• Gather input from stakeholders to define product roadmaps and influence the software architecture for specific projects.
• Create clear standards, technical guidelines, and tools aligned with the department's strategy and client requirements.
• Provide leadership on technical issues, offering guidance and expertise to resolve challenges.
• Engage with internal and external technical stakeholders, including product owners, business stakeholders, and consumers.

What We’re Looking For:
• Strong experience in PHP development, with expertise in building and deploying applications at scale.
• Proficiency in HTML, JavaScript, and CSS; knowledge of Python is a plus.
• Hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform services such as App Engine, Cloud Run, Cloud SQL, Cloud Storage, and BigQuery.
• Expertise in infrastructure management using Terraform.
• Experience with version control, CI/CD pipelines, and code reviews via GitLab.
• A solid understanding of functional and non-functional testing and deployment methods from conception to production.
• Senior-level experience in designing and architecting microservices-based enterprise applications.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• A proactive problem-solver with a customer-focused mindset.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment while working independently when needed.
• Experience leading teams and influencing software development practices across the organization.
