We’re looking for a Business Analyst to join our Systems Squad at oxio. If you’re someone who thrives on turning chaos into clarity, translating ideas into action, and making life easier for customers and teams, this might just be the role for you.
As our BA, you’ll bridge the gap between business and tech, helping shape how we scale, automate, and improve our processes. You’ll work with stakeholders across oxio, gathering insights, mapping workflows, and ensuring that our systems and products keep up with our ambition.
In short, you’ll be the champion of clarity—the person who connects the dots between business needs, tech realities, and seamless customer experiences.
🧐 Understanding what’s needed (Requirements & Impact Analysis)
Listen, Ask, Analyze—dive deep into business needs, customer pain points, and operational challenges.
Work with stakeholders (like oxio leadership & product teams) to Define, Refine, and Prioritize what needs to get built.
Quantify the Impact—understand the why behind the what and help make data-driven decisions.
Document everything that matters—Processes, Workflows, User Stories, Use Cases—in a way that’s clear and actionable.
🤝 Keeping everyone aligned (Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement)
Speak Business, speak Tech, and make sure they understand each other.
Work with Product Managers, Developers, and Business Leads to connect the dots between strategy and execution.
Challenge assumptions, push for better, and always keep the Customer Experience in focus.
Translate complex ideas into simple, easy-to-act-on insights.
🛠 Designing & problem-solving (Process Optimization & Documentation)
Run discovery workshops, deep-dive into workflows, and spot inefficiencies before they become problems.
Create process maps, journey flows, and system diagrams that help teams understand, build, and improve.
Help define what “Done Right” looks like, ensuring that solutions meet both business and user needs.
🚨 Navigating the unknown (Risk & Quality Management)
Anticipate roadblocks and proactively find ways around them.
Work with tech teams to ensure quality testing, smooth deployments, and bug-free experiences.
Continuously refine, iterate, and optimize—because done isn’t always done.
🎖️ Qualifications
8+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Product Management, or Information Technology.
5+ years of experience in product, systems, or process improvement.
Tech-savvy—you don’t need to code, but you get how systems, APIs, and databases work.
Strong communication skills—you can talk to developers, execs, and frontline teams with equal ease.
Ability to build and implement strategy E2E : we are a start -up with no hierarchy
Data-driven, analytical and strategic thinking
Ability to work under pressure in a highly competitive market
Comfortable in an agile environment
Telecom industry experience? Big plus.
Bilingual (French/English)? Even better.
