The following position is to join our RTX Corporate, Enterprise Services, Research Center or BBN team:

RTX Enterprise Services Finance team has an exciting opportunity in Digital Finance supporting the Enterprise Services Applications organization.  In this role you will partner with Enterprise Services Applications Leadership to drive financial objectives through informed decision making.

What You Will Do:

  • Work along-side the Application Associate Director to support creation of AOP, monthly forecasts, and long-range planning scenarios. 

  • Partner with the functional leads to drive alignment on forecasts, R&Os and understanding of financial levers.

  • Collaborate with BU Finance leads to provide transparency on financial impacts and facilitate scope discussions.

  • Ensure monthly accruals, intercompany billings and cost reclassifications are executed timely and compliantly.

  • Serve as the financial lead for key Infrastructure projects as the business continues to evolve.

  • Assist with gathering data out of various systems, performing analysis, and reporting results (including headcount, expenses, labor reporting, etc.) to management on a regular basis.

  • Analyze performance to plan and identify risks & opportunities through analysis on a monthly basis.

  • Manage process improvements and assess best practices between workstreams and hUTC/hRTN

  • Work with all levels of management and develop solutions to a variety of problems (may refer to established precedents and policies).

Qualifications You Must Have:

  • A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 10 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 7 years experience

  • U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract 

  • Experience with Finance projects and the ability to work simultaneous projects

  • Experience using Excel, Word and PowerPoint

  • Databases and software systems experience such as SAP, Oracle, Hyperion or other Enterprise Systems

Please consider the following role type definitions as you apply for this role: 

Remote: This position is currently designated as remote. However, the successful candidate will be required to work from one of the 50 U.S. states (excluding U.S. Territories). Employees who are working in Remote roles will work primarily offsite (from home).  An employee may be expected to travel to the site location as needed.

The salary range for this role is 124,000 USD - 250,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
