We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Healthcare Communications Coordinator to join our team in Wilmington, Delaware. This role will involve a combination of finance, vendor management, event coordination, and general healthcare communications support. The ideal candidate should be organized, efficient, and possess strong communication skills.

Your Key Responsibilities:

Finance and Vendor Management

  • Manage invoicing, vendor management, and purchase orders (POs) for E&I Communications until separation activities are complete; transition to healthcare focus post-separation.
  • Submit requests for POs in S2P for P80/P23.
  • Approve invoices and create receipts in S2P and SAP.
  • Track POs and invoices and troubleshoot issues with unpaid invoices.
  • Submit requests for new vendors.

Tradeshows and Events

  • Coordinate trade shows and events, ensuring compliance with privacy regulations—transitioning focus from E&I Communications to Healthcare upon separation.
  • Support the full event planning process, which includes:
    • Maintaining a trade show calendar.
    • Managing pre-show logistics, event registrations/badges, and vendor arrangements.
    • Securing necessary permits and coordinating event booth staffing.
    • Arranging hotel bookings, dinner reservations, and transportation.
    • Assisting with on-site setup and teardown as needed.
    • Ordering promotional materials and merchandise.
    • Coordinating shipping to and from events and managing post-event activities (briefings, lead reports, updating databases).
    • Promoting trade shows through social media.
    • Maintaining an accurate inventory of support materials in coordination with the global marketing team.

General Healthcare Communications Support

  • Upload employee communication content to the DuPont Intranet/Viva Engage, Spectrum Intranet, and Liveo intranet.
  • Upload commercial resources to Spectrum and Liveo intranets.
  • Assist in drafting employee communications based on the Healthcare Communications Leader's direction.
  • Coordinate distribution of organization announcements and employee communications content to Spectrum and Donatelle employees.
  • Post organization announcements to People News on Viva Engage.
  • Manage sales tools, product collateral, and sales enablement.
  • Support internal virtual or in-person events such as town halls, videos, and sales meetings.
  • Handle Media Valet approval requests and order supplies/branded materials.
  • Assist in ordering business cards.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in communications, event management, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in using intranet platforms, SAP, and S2P systems.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
