Senior full-stack software developer (React + NodeJS/Ruby on Rails) at HeroCoders

We are a small team of 21 people working remotely from around the world. We are building new teams to ensure continuous growth and improvement in our products and in the service our customers receive.

Who are we looking for:

You’re a software developer with over 5+ years of professional experience and you’ve spent at least 3 of those years working with React,NodeJS and Ruby on Rails. You aim to write easy-to-maintain software. You like working in a self-managing team with autonomy and a proactive problem-solving approach.

Please note that timezone restrictions apply to this opportunity—you must have at least four hours of overlap with Central European business hours.

You’re a perfect match if:

• You are an expert in React.
• You have professional expirience with NodeJs and Ruby on Rails.
• You want to know how customers use products and features that you create.
• You are self-sufficient.
• You research solutions to problems.
• You implement and test your ideas to ensure they are working.
• You don’t mind updating technical documentation.
• You work as part of a team, helping others solve problems, pitching in on code reviews and support, and asking for help when needed.
• You have good communication skills in English

Bonus points for having:

• Deep experience with Atlassian Ecosystem
• Production experience with PostgreSQL
• Product-oriented mindset
• Understanding modern SaaS stack
  

You will be responsible for :

• Working hand in hand with Clockwork team to deliver a great product
• Cooperating with Product Manager, Support and Technical Writer
• Taking active part in team rituals: plannings, refinements, retros
• Sharing knowledge with team and company members
• Making sure service is running smoothly for our customers
