The Organizational Change Manager supports the change management efforts of large system implementations across the United States. This role focuses on ensuring smooth transitions for government agencies and non-profits adopting new technology solutions. Responsibilities include stakeholder engagement, business process improvements, and alignment between project objectives and operational needs.
