We are seeking an IT Systems Administrator to work remotely for a company based in Leeds.

Salary & Terms

Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM
Occasional on-call support for critical issues
Salary between £35,000 - £40,000 per year, depending on experience

Role & Responsibilities

Maintain and optimize company IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and cloud services.
Provide second-line support for internal teams, troubleshooting software and hardware issues.
Monitor system performance and security, implementing necessary updates and patches.
Collaborate with third-party vendors and service providers to ensure smooth IT operations.
Document IT processes, policies, and troubleshooting guides.
Support onboarding processes by setting up user accounts and permissions.

Minimum Requirements
