LTS is seeking a Cybersecurity Analyst who will be responsible for monitoring, analyzing, detecting, and defending against cyber events and incidents within Military OneSource information systems and networks. This role involves assisting with integrated, dynamic cyber defense operations and coordinating and maintaining security toolsets to support continuous monitoring and ongoing authorization programs. The analyst will play a critical role in supporting the ATO process by helping to establish and document security controls and measures that meet DoD standards. Additionally, the analyst will assist with establishing frameworks by which cyber risk can be measured and quantified, ensuring the security of systems by monitoring compliance with standards, policies, and procedures, and conducting incident response activities. The position requires close collaboration with system owners and IT teams to ensure that all aspects of the ATO documentation are accurate and complete, facilitating the formal approval and authorization processes necessary for the system.
This position is 100% remote and requires an active Secret clearance.

Responsibilities And Qualifications
Monitor Military OneSource information systems and networks for cyber events and incidents.
Analyze detected threats and take appropriate defensive actions.
Implement and manage integrated, dynamic cyber defense strategies.
Coordinate and maintain security toolsets to support continuous monitoring.
Support ongoing authorization programs for Military OneSource systems.
Assist with establishing frameworks to measure and quantify cyber risk.
Ensure compliance with security standards, policies, and procedures.
Conduct incident response activities to address and mitigate security breaches.
Assist in developing and updating cybersecurity policies and procedures.
Maintain a strong knowledge of DoD Instruction 8510.01 and the Risk Management Framework (RMF) for DoD IT.
Utilize DoD cybersecurity tools such as the Enterprise Mission Assurance Support System (eMASS) and the Assured Compliance Assessment Solution (ACAS).
Develop and maintain Authorization to Operate (ATO) packages and Plans of Action & Milestones (POA&Ms).
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in a related field and a minimum of two years of experience in Cybersecurity or minimum of 4 years of related experience is required in lieu of a degree.
Active Secret clearance.
DoD 8570 IAT Level I or IAM Level I (i.e., Cloud+, Security+ CE, CAP, CCNA, Network+ CE, SSCP, GSLC)
Experience in developing and maintaining ATO packages and POA&Ms.
Demonstrate a strong understanding of security technologies and tools relevant to AWS cloud environments.
Knowledge of privacy regulations and HIPAA standards.
Strong knowledge of DoD IA requirements and cybersecurity policies.
Proficiency in cybersecurity tools and technologies, especially within AWS cloud environments.
Familiarity with eMASS and ACAS tools.
Must be a U.S. Citizen.
Fluent in English.
