About The Role:
Intermedia is looking to hire a new intern to join the Channel Marketing team who will become immersed into our company culture and is not afraid to take on challenges while gaining great experience in the professional working world. In this position, you will support many tasks related to Event Coordination and Marketing Operations. We are looking forward to meeting anyone who is prompt, professional, and ready to learn new things.
What you will be doing:
- Coordinate event logistics, including shipping swag, collateral, raffle items, and event kits with return labels for various activities.
- Support program coordination for strategic partner initiatives.
- Manage weekly reporting on key activities and initiatives.
- Oversee welcome kit shipments and closed business incentive deliveries.
- Maintain and update reporting on marketing and event-related activities.
- Facilitate MDF coordination for strategic partnerships.
- Create and manage Statements of Work (SOWs).
- Process purchase orders (POs) and invoices as needed.
- Update budget trackers and ensure financial accuracy.
- Follow up with Accounts Payable as required.
- Conduct inventory tracking of Intermedia and competitor assets across partner websites.
- Review and assess multiple microsites and landing pages for partner programs.
- Develop reports summarizing findings and coordinate recommendations for content updates and site refreshes.
What you will bring to the role:
- B.A. degree focused within Marketing and/or Business Administration is preferred, but not limited to
- Must be available 5 days a week and 8 hours per day
- Basic computer skills and Microsoft Office
- Positive and Can Do Attitude
- Problem Solving Abilities
- Able to work independently on assigned tasks
- Advocate for yourself by communicating your needs to manager/mentor
- Webcam during meetings preferred
